educational & day care

The program requirements for educational developments vary from facility to facility.  Compliance with State and local requirements solves only one part of the program requirements.  Our firm has been involved in private, state, and church-run facilities.  We have worked closely with the staff at each of the developments to insure the special requirements, unique program requirements, and operational procedures of our clients have been met.

Christ Lutheran School ; Hebron, CT

A six classroom day care and preschool facility addition to an existing church.  This is the first of a three phase project that will include classroom and multi-purpose spaces for daycare, preschool, kindergarten, and grades one thru five.

The Arbors Kids: Chicopee, MA

A mixed-use development for year round child care and an outdoor summer sports facility for children.  The day care facility is a full service center for 96 children ranging from infants to preschool.  The summer sports facility is equipped with a pavilion, pool, and playing field.
