Providing housing for an aging population through assisted living facilities parallels the work our firm has been doing in senior housing.  Many of the residents occupying these developments are in a transitional state, moving from single family homes or independent living communities into an assisted living environment. 

Our experience in developing senior housing has been an asset in designing assisted living facilities.  Our firm has been involved with several developments that provide independent, congregate, and assisted living.  We have designed stand-alone structures, as well as facilities that incorporate independent, congregate, and assisted living in one development.
